Doremi88 may, at its sole discretion, close all duplicate accounts, forfeit all associated balances and bonuses, and permanently ban the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. Doremi88 operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer verification programme in accordance with its obligations under international anti-money laundering standards. KYC verification may be triggered at any point, including but not limited to: upon request for a withdrawal, upon account activity that triggers automated compliance screening, or when Doremi88's compliance team deems verification necessary. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension and, ultimately, account closure.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified on the deposit page. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited to the Player's Account in MYR. Doremi88 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, the Player's bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which Doremi88 accepts no liability.
You must only deposit funds from payment methods that are lawfully registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds is a payment method not registered to the account holder — are strictly prohibited and will trigger a compliance review and potential account suspension.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that was previously used for deposits or is otherwise registered in the Player's own name. Processing times vary by method: DuitNow FPX and e-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 15–60 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers may take up to 1–3 business days.
All Player Account balances and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Players who deposit using cryptocurrency will have their deposit value converted to MYR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction. Doremi88 accepts no responsibility for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between deposit and withdrawal.
All promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback awards, birthday bonuses, and referral bonuses offered by Doremi88 are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail only to the extent of the conflict.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, all bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real money funds in addition to any required bonus play. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms and conditions.
Doremi88 strictly prohibits the abuse of promotional offers. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: matched betting using promotional funds, arbitrage betting across multiple platforms using Doremi88 bonuses, coordinated account activity designed to exploit promotions, use of technical exploits to generate disproportionate returns from bonus funds, and the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
Where Doremi88 reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, the Company reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, recover any withdrawn amounts that resulted from abusive bonus play, and permanently close the account with forfeiture of any remaining balance.
The Doremi88 referral programme allows registered Players to earn rewards for introducing new players to the Platform. Referral rewards are subject to the qualifying conditions set out in the current referral programme terms, including the requirement that the referred individual registers as a new, unique player and completes a qualifying deposit. Referral bonuses earned through fraudulent, coordinated, or artificial referrals will be void.
All bets and wagers placed on the Doremi88 Platform are subject to these Terms and the applicable game or sport-specific rules. Doremi88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet exceeds applicable stake limits, where the bet is placed on an event in respect of which the Player has information that constitutes an unfair advantage, or where a technical error has caused odds to be displayed incorrectly.
All sports betting odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. The odds displayed on the Platform are updated in real time and are subject to market movement. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed with a bet reference number, the odds at which the bet was accepted are binding.
In the event that odds or casino game parameters are published due to a manifest error — including but not limited to software faults, data feed errors, or human input errors — Doremi88 reserves the right to void all bets placed at erroneous odds or prices. Where erroneous odds are discovered after bets have been settled, Doremi88 may recalculate and re-settle affected bets at the correct price.
Mix Parlay and accumulator bets combining multiple selections from different events are available on the Doremi88 sportsbook. The return from a Mix Parlay bet is calculated by multiplying all selected odds together. If any single selection is voided (e.g., due to a postponed match), that leg is removed from the accumulator and returns are recalculated accordingly.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Doremi88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Doremi88 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, governmental action, internet outages, cyberattacks, or failure of third-party service providers.
Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting Doremi88 customer support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request and completion of any pending identity verification requirements, Doremi88 will close the Account and return any real money Balance to the Player via the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to minimum withdrawal conditions.
Doremi88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: material breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; provision of false identity information; receipt of a chargeback or reversal from a payment provider; unresponsiveness to KYC documentation requests; or the Company's determination that continued operation of the Account presents a compliance, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any real money Balance, Bonus Funds, or accrued loyalty points held in the Account may be forfeited at Doremi88's sole discretion. Accounts closed for responsible gambling reasons (self-exclusion) will have their real money Balance returned in full following standard KYC verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Doremi88 holds its international gaming licence. This does not affect the statutory rights of consumers in their country of residence.
